Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: 05/23/2022Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1600.00 - 2100.00

Two Kansas licensed PTs needed: One for Home health and one for outpatient duties in Southeast Kansas. Mon-Fri work week, Home Health experience; initial assessments, recertifications, discharges, a few SOC's.
